General Information:
These terms and conditions apply globally to all services, except for production services, which will be assessed case by case. Our address is Unit D4, Braintree Industrial Estate, Braintree Road, South Ruislip, HA4 0EJ, London, United Kingdom.
Design Services:
- Sketches Int Ltd. offers graphic design services for various needs, including logos, stationery suites, marketing materials, video animations, and website development.
- Clients are entitled to unlimited revisions within the package hours. To provide design requirements, clients must complete and return the form provided by us.
Animation:
Animations can be tailored to any requested size, provided the work falls within the allocated package hours. Storyboards need approval from the client before starting animation production.
Website Development:
- Sketches Int Ltd. uses WordPress for website development.
- We can provide hosting upon request at an additional cost. Maintenance packages are available, covering regular updates.
Production:
- All types of production tasks, as outlined on our website, can be executed based on the client brief.
- Deliverables can be provided either as physical items shipped to the client or as digital files, such as PDFs.
Packages and Pricing:
- We offer several packages, including Light (10 hours), Regular (20 hours), Intensive (40 hours), and Enterprise (customised hours above 40).
- Pricing can be determined using the design cost estimator on our website. Any service that falls outside the estimator’s capabilities will be addressed and quoted to the client before commencement.
Payment Terms:
- 100% payment is required upfront.
- Work will be paused if there is a delay in payment.
- Accepted payment methods include credit cards and bank transfers.
Project Timelines & Deliverables:
- Each project timeline is specified in the design estimator.
- Feedback or alterations will be addressed within 2 business days, depending on the request’s complexity. For urgent requirements, additional resources can be allocated at the cost of more hours from the package.
- Each task within a project will be assigned to a single resource at a time.
- It is important to note that the nature of a task may not necessarily accelerate its completion by allocating multiple resources.
- We are not liable for delays resulting from a client’s delayed feedback.
- Unused package hours cannot be rolled over to subsequent months.
- Deliverables will be provided in the client’s preferred format.
Termination & Package Alteration:
- Clients have the freedom to upgrade, downgrade, or pause their package for up to a month. Changes will be effective from the subsequent month.
- No penalties apply for early termination. The remaining hours can be used until month-end, post which they will expire.
Intellectual Property:
All completed design artworks are the sole property of the client.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, mediation will be the primary method of resolution. If unsuccessful, arbitration and court proceedings will follow.
Liability & Warranties:
- If reworks are required due to our oversight or misunderstanding of the project brief, corrections will be made without deducting hours from the client’s package.
- If the client provides incorrect content or briefs leading to necessary revisions, these will be made at the client’s expense.
- We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Revisions & Feedback:
Revisions are unlimited within the confines of the package. Should the revision hours exceed the package limit, additional charges will apply at the end of the month.
